Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is a standout — wrapped in matte dark-grey cabinetry with under-cabinet LED lighting and a textured stone backsplash. Fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas hob, built-in oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, and a complete set of dishes and utensils. A washing machine is integrated into the kitchen unit for convenience, with a clothes drying rack also provided. The adjacent dining area seats up to four around a marble round table with contemporary curved chairs.

Bedroom
The bedroom is bright and airy, anchored by a generous double bed dressed in crisp white linens. Corner floor-to-ceiling windows deliver dual-aspect city views — spectacular at sunrise. A wooden dresser with a mirror and ample clothing storage round out the space.

Bathrooms
Two bathrooms, both finished to a high standard with large dark-stone wall tiles, gold trim accents, wall-hung toilets, and clean white vanity units. Essentials including shampoo, shower gel, basic soaps, and toilet paper are provided as standard.
